He wanted all
he wanted out
So he went
and spent
it all
All he had was...
nothing
Nothing push friends
away like
nothing
Alone
hungry and lost
Down at the feet
where the pigs eat
I want back
He thought…
Back home
I’ll be a servant
unfree but glad
Safe at the feet
of my dad
Still far from home
his dad came running
and cried, but...
How did dad know?
By chance saw him
coming
up the road?
Since the day you left
my son,
I kept watching this road
you’ve chosen to take
From sunrise
till late
all I could do was wait
The moral of this story
Jesus says
is when you’re at home
you’re safe
When you wander off or stray
My eyes
remain on you all the way
I gave you freedom
of choice to play, even…
to go away
When you decide
to walk back to Me
I’ll come running too,
from not so far away
