Fear Always

Angela tugged her little boy into bed and kissed him on the head. A feeling of concern stirred in her heart for his future in a world that seemed to be getting out of control.

Wars, deadly viruses, persecution of Christians and earthquakes are eminent signs that the world is moving into the final stages of its existence.

“Jesus, I am afraid. Please protect us and in particular this little boy for his future,” she prayed silently.

“My child,” Jesus replied, “Fear has a bad side and a good side. For you it is always good.”

“Lord?”

“God made the whole universe, Angela, by speaking. (Psalm 33:6,9)

There are only two kinds of people on earth today, those who believe this fact and those who don’t.”

“Now, all the unbelievers should fear God in the bad sense of the word because God is able to remove them in an instant. However, they don’t fear God, because they don’t believe. The demons who know God, do believe He exists and because their day of doom is near, they are trembling with fear.” (James 2:19)

“Your whole family are also believers and because you have accepted Me as your Saviour and believe in Me, you are saved.”

“So we don’t need to fear, Lord.”

“No, Angela, you also need to fear but not in the same way the demons do because you don’t need to be afraid. To fear God as a believer means to respect Him and know that He is always with you.”

“Have this fear of reverence and awe for God. Respect Him and worship Him, He is not a mere man, He is God!”

“He looks down from heaven and sees all the people, those who believe in His presence and those who don’t.” (Psalm 33:13)

“He is fashioning the heart of your son, even now while he is asleep. So He does with every person.” (Psalm 33:15)

“Behold, My child, God sees everyone but His caring eyes of love and protection are only on those who fear Him, not on those who don’t. He sees the others and know what they are planning but He protects His children who fear Him.” (Psalm 33:18)

“I fear the Father, Jesus, and I fear the Holy Spirit and I fear You!”

“Then you should also know that fearing God is accompanied by joy! Cheer up child!” (Psalm 33:1)
